Sizing & fit
Do the jerseys fit true to size?
Our fan jerseys fit true to size. If you like a looser fit, go one size up. Notes on individual models are on the product page.
Which kids' sizes do you have?
Kids' jerseys are sized by height: 104, 116, 128, 140, 152 and 164 cm.
Orders & delivery
How fast will my jersey arrive?
In 1 working day. Every jersey is in stock with us in Switzerland — orders placed before 14:00 ship the same day.
How much is shipping?
CHF 3.90 per order. Orders over CHF 100 ship free.
I can't find my jersey — what now?
Use the search or the team and size filters. If it is not there, message us through the contact form and we will tell you whether it is coming back soon.
Returns & refunds
How long do I have to return?
30 days from delivery. The jersey must be unworn with the tag still attached.
When do I get my money back?
Within 5 working days of the return arriving, to the original payment method.
Payment & vouchers
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards plus the local methods shown at checkout. Card details are handled solely by the payment provider.
How do I redeem a discount code?
Enter the code in the cart or at checkout in the "Discount code" field. As a rule one code can be used per order.
